MENTAVA is a travel service provider offering open trip packages, private tours, and customized travel experiences across the Mentawai Islands. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions which serve as a mutual agreement between the service provider and participants.

Booking & Participation

• All bookings must be made through MENTAVA official platform. Packages include open trips, private trips, and other travel services as described.
• Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, transportation schedules, or local conditions. Any changes will be communicated to participants as early as possible.
• Some trips require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum quota is not met, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or provide alternative options.

Payments

Payments must be made according to the instructions provided during booking. For international transactions, any bank fees or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the participant.

Third-Party Services

Some services such as boat transportation, accommodations, or activities may be operated by trusted third-party partners. While MENTAVA ensures cooperation with reliable providers, the operational responsibility lies with the third party. We will assist participants in resolving any issues that may arise during the trip.

• When a third-party operator is involved, their terms and conditions may apply alongside ours. These will be communicated during the booking process.
• Service delivery is the responsibility of the third party, but MENTAVA will facilitate communication and assistance in case of disputes.
